Media Accreditation
Media wishing to attend the Christchurch International Track Meet must register in advance for media accreditation. Applications from recognised media outlets, photographers and journalists are welcome.
Media accreditation is free and will enable access to: the pre event Athletes Press Conference, web based athlete and event information, allocation in the media centre, trackside interview area and key filming and photography locations. This accreditation form must be signed by Chief of Staff and News Directors on behalf of their staff. A recent jpeg headshot (passport style) of the media participant must accompany the application.
Approved media will provide International Track Meet organisers with a copy of all material produced as a result of coverage of International Track Meet to use in future promotion of International Track Meet.
All media accreditation forms must be returned no later than Friday 12th March 2010. Send your completed form and a jpeg headshot of the media participant named in the application to:

Media Access Pass
Passes will not be issued by mail. All media participants are required to personally collect their media pass between 3.30pm and 4pm Wednesday 17th March at:

Media must provide media identification or a business card in order to collect their Media Access Pass. The Media Guide will be issued when the application is authorised. Media Tours of the stadium can be conducted by prior arrangement.
Media Access Passes are to be displayed at all times and use photo identification and must only be worn by the individual named and identified on the pass.
Freelance Journalists / Photographers / Film Crews
Freelancers must attach a letter to the Media Accreditation Form signed by their editor / client confirming their status as a supplier.
TV Crews
The media team will assist journalists wherever possible to ensure they find stories and talent that are of interest to them. TV News Crews requiring onsite vehicle access for live crosses and filming will need to advise the media team prior to arrival as access will be restricted.
